As Wellcome Genome Campus grows, new streets and spaces will create places to live, work, socialise and discover. This is your chance to help name these two new roads initially and inspire names for future streets and spaces, celebrating the Campus’s story and future ambitions.

Competition entries are collected.

Winter 2026/2027

Entries are reviewed and shortlisted ahead of judging panel review.

Early 2027

Shortlisted names are revealed, before the recommended names are submitted to South Cambridgeshire District Council for formal approval.

Following approval

The final names and the stories behind them are revealed and shared with the community.
